General

The most frequently asked questions about the convention itself.

Q What are the age requirements for attending?
A
All attendees must be at least 18 years old by the time of the event, and must present a valid government-issued ID at the registration desk.
Q What is the refund policy?
A
Tickets (including all fees, extras and hotel rooms booked through SFC) are not refundable, but they are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us at info@slofluffcon.org to arrange the transfer.
Q What are the rules regarding photo and videography?
A
By doing photography and videography at SloFluffCon, you grant us the rights to use your work in connection with our event. Footage from private rooms is exempt.
Q How can I volunteer at SloFluffCon?
A
We are always looking for volunteers to help us with the event. If you are interested in volunteering, we will be listing the available positions on our website.
Q How can I make a donation?
A
We are grateful for any donations. You can make a donation by clicking the 'Donate' button on the bottom of our website. For any other donation methods, please contact us.
Q Do you offer any discounts?
A
Yes, some of the restaurants in the vicinity of our hotels will offer discounts to our attendees. We are still working on providing you with a list of recommendations.
Q What happened to our accounts from 2023?
A
Unfortunately, due to a complete revamp of the registration system, your accounts on the website were deleted. You can view the old website under Past events, in the website footer.

Registration

The most frequently asked questions about the registration process.

Q When does the registration open?
A
The registration for the event opens on Sunday, July 5th, 2026, at 20:00 CEST (GMT+2) on slofluffcon.org.
Q What is the payment deadline after registration?
A
After registration, your account will need to be manually approved by a staff member, which usually takes a few hours. Once approved, you will have 14 days to complete the payment.
Q How can I pay for my convention ticket?
A
We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as giropay, iDEAL, and other payment methods provided by Stripe. For Slovenian users only, we accept FLIK payments as well. Please keep in mind, that some payment methods may not be available in your country.
We also accept bank transfers, but please note that your registration will not be completed until the payment is received. You can expedite this process, by sending us a proof of payment to info@slofluffcon.org.
Q How fast will my registration be approved?
A
Your registration will be approved within 72 hours, but usually much faster. If you have not received a confirmation within 72 hours, please contact us.
Q How fast will my payment get processed?
A
The payment processing time depends on the payment method you have chosen. Credit and debit card payments are usually processed within a few minutes, while bank transfers can take up to 5 business days.
Q Is it possible to upgrade an existing convention ticket?
A
Yes, it is possible to upgrade your ticket in your profile. If you have any specific questions, or need assistance, please contact us.
Q How can I update my personal details?
A
You can update your personal details by sending us an e-mail to info@slofluffcon.org.
Q Can I still attend the convention, if I am not staying in one of the hotels?
A
Yes, you can still attend the convention, even if you are not staying in one of our hotels.
Q How can I apply for the dealer's den?
A
Dealer's den applications will open soon after the registration. Make sure to follow our social media channels, to stay up to date.
Q What is the difference between convention and sponsor tickets?
A
Convention, sponsor and super-sponsor tickets all have access for all convention days. Sponsor and super-sponsor tiers may have early access to some events and panels as well. Apart from that, sponsors and super-sponsors get a bigger goodie bag, a specially designed convention badge and a different lanyard.

Hotels

The most frequently asked questions about our convention hotels.

Q Is lunch and dinner included with the stay?
A
Unfortunately, our hotels only offer breakfast as part of the room package. However, each hotel has its own restaurant, with many other dining options available in the vicinity. We are still working on providing a list of recommended restaurants which offer discounts to our attendees.
Q Is it possible to extend my stay before and after the main convention days?
A
Yes, you will find options marked 'early arrival' and 'late departure' on the hotel booking pages. Please note that these options are subject to availability.
Q What is the hotels' pet policy?
A
None of our three convention hotels (Grand Hotel Union, Eurostars uHotel, and Exe Lev) accept pets. Pets are also not allowed in the convention space. The only exception is registered service animals, which must be declared in advance. See the Pets and Animals rules for details.
Q Can I stay in a room alone?
A
Yes, you can stay in a room alone. You can find the pricing for single occupancy rooms on the Registration & Accommodation page.
