Six simple steps.
From signup to check-in: here's how registration works at SloFluffCon, step by step.
Create an account on our website and fill in your personal information. Select your ticket type and any extras you'd like.
Our staff will review and approve your registration. This usually takes just a few hours.
Once approved, you will have 14 days to complete the payment for your convention ticket and any selected extras.
Use the provided booking link to reserve your hotel room. Room payment is settled directly at the hotel reception.
If you'd like to share your room, that's entirely up to you! Room sharing, including payment, is organized independently between attendees.
Collect your convention badge, conbook, and any sponsor goodies at the registration desk. Please have your ticket QR code and valid ID or passport ready.
Three hotels.
One walkable block.
We've partnered with three hotels in central Ljubljana, all within a short walk of the convention floor. Each booking includes breakfast for every day of your stay.
We use a main guest system: only one person needs to make the reservation with the booking link. Once the room is booked, that main guest can coordinate with their roommates to finalize the stay. Tourist tax of 3.13€/person/night is required.
The historic main convention hotel. The Union Congress Centre is the event space itself, so you can roll out of bed straight onto the convention floor. Original 1905 facade with modernized rooms.
Connected to the Grand Hotel Union by an indoor walkway. You never have to step outside, even for the early morning panels. Modern interiors with a glass atrium lobby.
A short walk down Gosposvetska cesta to the venue. Quieter neighbourhood and a generous breakfast. A great pick if you want some distance from the action at night.
